Business Description
Ex-Officials of Bangladesh Society New York Inc. (DOS #7629301) was established in June 2025 as a domestic not-for-profit corporation to give former elected officials of Bangladesh Society a platform to reminisce about their time in the organization, keep in contact with each other, and share their ideas with interested parties.
Ex-officials of Bangladesh Society New York (EOBS) also keep active links with current Bangladesh Society, Inc. members to act as informal, unofficial advisers.
Membership
Membership is available to persons who have served the Bangladesh Society as an elected official, regardless of time or title. Former executive committee members, trustees, and advisors can be members.
Activities
- Organize annual meeting and dinner for members, well-wishers, guests, and families.
- Organize speeches, recognitions, and presentations.
- Organize cultural programs, music, poetry, and performances.
- Publish souvenir magazines with sponsorship opportunities.
- Create networking and curb future opportunities among members.
