Bangladeshi Community Picnic

New York City’s Bangladeshi community’s Narayanganjians will celebrate their annual picnic of 2025 at Flushing Meadows Corona Park on Sunday, August 24. Hridoye Narayanganj, Inc., will coordinate the event. The fee for the picnic is $40/person. In addition to traditional picnic foods, there will be ample activities for everyone.

Participants must RSVP early and arrive at the picnic venue on time at 10 am.

Bogura Society USA‘s 2025 picnic has been scheduled for Aug 3rd at Francis Lewis Park. The picnic is popularly known as Vulka Vaat among the people of Bogura.

The contribution rate for the picnic is $60 for a single person and $100 for a couple. Each child over the age of six is charged an additional $10.

In addition to Bogura’s exceptional picnic food, the event includes music, dance, sports, a reception, a raffle draw, adda, and more.
