PBS’s Secret Life of Scientists is a series of short, web-exclusive videos where intriguing scientists and engineers talk about their surprising lives outside the proverbial lab. In one such episodes, I once saw Tanzeem Choudhury, an Associate Professor of Information Science at Cornell University, was talking about her experience of touching a computer for the first time in a computer programming class when she was 18 years old!
