Business Description
Founded in 2018 and registered as a non-profit, the Association of Chittagonians in WA (ACWA) is an association of the Bangladeshi community living in Western Australia and immigrated from Chittagong. The Association organizes successful cultural events and Mejbans to introduce the distinct Chittagonian culture abroad.
The primary objectives of the association are to:
- Promote and preserve the cultural and linguistic heritage of Chattogram in Western Australia by organizing various social and cultural events.
- Collaborate with other associations and organizations with similar objectives to foster social harmony and understanding.
- Foster solidarity, connection, and mutual support among the people of Chattogram in Western Australia by assisting each other in settling in Australia.
