Bangladeshi Students’ Association at MIT (MIT-BSA) is a close-knit community of Bangladesh students at Massachusetts Institute of Technology who are enthusiastic about promoting and nurturing Bangladeshi culture on campus. MIT-BSA organizes several events every term which cater to the social, intellectual and cultural aspects of our campus community. Bangladeshi Students’ Association at MIT celebrates Pohela Boishakh (Bangla New Year), International Mother Language Day, Eid festivals, host notable intellectuals from Bangladesh for talks and discussions, and organizes cultural performances. MIT-BSA is also committed to serve Bangladeshi underprivileged back home. Throughout the years the association arranges fundraising party for important causes such as natural disaster, children welfare, education, etc.

Bangladeshi Students’ Association at MIT (MIT-BSA) is consists of undergraduate and graduate students of Bangladeshi origin. The association works as a platform for networking, professional connection, exchanging ideas, helping new students from Bangladesh, connecting with other student associations as well as to unite the wider Bangladeshi population in the greater Boston area.
