University of Manitoba Bangladeshi Students’ Association (UMBSA) is a group of all the Bangladeshi undergraduate and undergraduate students at the University of Manitoba. UMBSA aims to organize social, cultural, educational and sporting activities for Bangladeshi students. The UMBSA believes in creating a social network among the Bangladeshi community on and off campus and to give the members an opportunity to participate in Bangladeshi customs and traditions in Winnipeg.

Events and programs are intended in making Bangladeshi Students at the University of Manitoba feel more connected to their campus both academically and socially. The association have programs where students from different groups come together and learn from each other. The main goal is to make the larger university community learn about Bangladeshi culture and traditions to better benefit their interactions with Bangladeshi speaking students. Any and all students are welcome to be members of UMBSA and participate because the main goal is to make all students feel connected and close to each other as one university community.

University of Manitoba Bangladeshi Students’ Association organizes indoor and outdoor games, food party, joint sport watch party, celebrates Bangladeshi national and cultural events, etc.
