Bangladesh Canada Street Fair 2025

Bangladesh Canada Street Fair Pothomela 2025, also known as Bangladesh Canada Pothomela, will be held on Tuesday, July 1st, coinciding with Canada Day. This is the eighth annual street fair that aims to showcase the Bangladeshi community’s cultural heritage, unity, and entrepreneurial spirit. Numerous sponsors, stall vendors, and promoters will participate in the fair to strengthen the bonds within the community.

Boston Bangladesh Mela 2024

Boston Bangla American Initiatives For Development (Boston Bangla AID) will organize the Boston Bangladesh Mela in Boston. The event will feature food stalls, clothing, jewelry, and toy stalls. The stall/booth fee is $100. All Bangladeshi music, songs, dances, and sports will be showcased in one location.

The event is family-friendly, full of fun, entertainment, and free entrance.

Royal Bengal Street Fair 2018

Bangladeshi Community of North Bronx will attend Royal Bengal Street Fair 2018 (Bangladeshi pothomela) – a day of outdoor shopping, music, conversation, family union, friendly talk and community congregation. The event is jointly organized with
 Bangladeshi-American Community Council. Bangladeshi products, Bangladeshi snacks, cultural program performed by local artists are the main attraction of the event. Bronx-based Bangladeshi businesses and businesses that serve Bangladeshi community are the sponsors of the event. Program also include rally, keynote speech, guest speech, raffle draw etc. Local elected council members, visiting guest from Bangladesh, community activists will participate at the event. The event is free and all are welcome.

Prio Bangla Bangladesh Street Fair

Prio Bangla Bangladesh Street Fair is organized for Bangladeshi community in Virginia. The event is organized by Prio Bangla – a Bangladeshi community organization to celebrate Bangladeshi culture in Washington DC, Virginia and surrounding areas. It is also a multi-cultural festival therefore open to all communities. Music, dance, children’s program, food and fun all are part of the fair. Free to attend.

Bangladesh Convention 2017 will have seminar, talent show, fashion show, literary meetup, stalls, cultural event, concert by local and visiting Bangladeshi singers, etc. The event will held for three days. Vendors will sell Bangladeshi fashion items, jewelry, clothing etc. The event is organized by Bangladesh Convention North America. Free to attend. Raffle draw for participants.

Post-Eid Bronx Bangladeshi Milon Mela 2017 will be held for Bangladeshi community living in Bronx borough of New York. The event is organized by Bangladeshi American National Democratic Society USA (BANDS USA). Local Bangladeshi businesses and patrons will sponsor the event. The event will entertain the crowd with live Bangla music, street shopping, children’s fun, Bangladeshi snack food, etc. Local elected officials are invited. Local and visiting Bangladeshi singers will perform at the event. A colorful magazine will be published with all the sponsors to celebrate the event. The event is free. All are invited.
