FOBANA Convention-2, 2025

A group of Bangladeshi community members will hold the FOBANA Convention 2025 in Niagara Falls, Buffalo, from August 29 to Aug 31. The main objective of this FOBANA conference is to increase unity and solidarity among Bangladeshis living in the USA, promote Bangladeshi culture and heritage, improve the living standards of the expatriates through various social, cultural, and educational activities, and build bridges between the United States and Bangladesh in different fields.

FOBANA Convention-2, 2025 aims to bring all FOBANA-registered Bangladeshi organizations under one banner. The Bangladeshi convention committee seeks to include the emerging Bangladeshi community living, working, and doing business in Buffalo. Members of the Bangladeshi community from New York and New Jersey are expected to join the convention. Participants can attend various business networking events, discussions, seminars, cultural programs, and receptions.

The organizers selected ‘Let the new generation of expatriates be the power of the next FOBANA’ as the convention’s principal theme.

This convention is free to attend.

Vendors can book a general stall between $300-$450 and a food stall for $800-$1000.

FOBANA-Central Convention 2025

FOBANA-Central will hold its 39th convention in Montreal, Canada, from August 29 to August 31st, 2025. Canada-Bangladesh Solidarity is the host organisation for this year’s convention.

FOBANA Convention 2025

The 39th Federation of Bangladeshi Associations in North America (FOBANA) Convention 2025 will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, from August 29 to 31, 2025. Hosted by Bangladhara, the event will bring together Bangladeshi Americans from all walks of life. This year’s conversation is focused on the expat generation, Bangladesh, and globalization.

A magazine will be published, showcasing a vibrant and informative Publication filled with enriching literature contributed by renowned writers, poets, and critics from Bangladesh and the Bangladeshi diaspora worldwide. The magazine will be distributed free during the Convention.

Local Bangladeshi newspapers and TV organizations will act as media partners and media friends of the event.

Federation of Bangladeshi Associations in North America (FOBANA) Convention 2021

35th convention of Federation of Bangladeshi Associations in North America (FOBANA) 2021 will be held in Washington DC. This year’s local host of the convention is American Bangladesh Friendship Society (ABFS). Channel, News24, Bangladesh Proditin, and other Bangladeshi-American news outlets will act as convention’s media partner. Steering and host committee members will be at the event to ensure peaceful operation of the convention.

Local Bangladeshi American artists, performers will entertain the attendees. Discussions, seminars, fashion show, interfaith dialogue, children’s event, folk festival, youth forum, beauty competition, talent show, art exhibition, etc will be part of three day convention. A full color magazine as souvenir will be published with all the event and business information.
