Bangladeshi Community Picnic

Satkania Samity USA has scheduled its fifth annual picnic on July 20, 2025, at the Sunken Meadow State Park. This full-day event is an excellent opportunity for friends and family to come together, enjoy each other’s company, and relax. The picnic will feature a variety of activities, including cultural programs, sports, and fun competitive sports for children and women. There will also be a raffle draw with exciting prizes.

Members of Satkania Samity USA are expected to join the picnic from Jamaica, Jackson Heights, Manhattan, Astoria, Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island, Buffalo, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.

Participants must RSVP early and arrive at the picnic by 10 am.

The South Jamaica Bangladeshi Community will organize an annual picnic for the Bangladeshi community in Jamaica in 2025. The contribution per person is $25, with children under 6 being free. Personal transportation is requested, as the picnic committee will not arrange bus service.

The event will commence with a breakfast at the park, followed by a day of fun and family-friendly activities, light competitions, free gifts, children’s games, and more. Bangladeshi traditional picnic food, including drinks and beverages, will be served with seasonal fruits.

A raffle draw will be held, with participants having the chance to win various prizes such as gold jewelry, smart TVs, laptops, phones, and many more.

Mymensingh Abroad USA will celebrate its annual picnic 2025 on Sunday, July 6, at Belmont Park. All members are welcome to join for a day of outdoor fun, including fun, food, sports, a raffle draw, a cultural event, committee formation, and more. All people of Mymensingh from the Tri-State area are invited.

Raffle draw tickets are separate from the picnic fee. Various local Bangladesh businesses sponsor the raffle draw prizes, which include an Air ticket, Gold chain jewelry, a laptop, Apple products, and other household luxury products.
