The New York Bangladeshi-American Lions Club is a Bangladeshi-American non-profit organization comprising Bangladeshi-American Lions and former Lions members. It was founded in 2014 as Club District 20-R2 to support the Bangladeshi community in developing its activities abroad. The club is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of Bangladeshis in New York and worldwide. The Club also holds its annual charter installation ceremony. The club currently has 27 members.
The New York Bangladeshi-American Lions Club’s activities include:
– Support and patronize Bangladeshi businesses and community organizations
– Raise awareness about Bangladeshi culture and heritage
– Organize educational and cultural events
– Promote peace and understanding between cultures
– Organize iftar, private parties, and club installation anniversary
