Bronx Bangladesh Society, Inc., a Bangladeshi community organization based in the Bronx, New York, was founded and registered in October 2006 as a not-for-profit entity (DOS ID 3428227). The society’s mission is to foster civic engagement among the Bangladeshi community in the development of the Bronx. To achieve this, they participate in various community service activities, such as cleaning graffiti from walls, removing garbage from local streets, and repairing vandalized properties. These efforts aim to enhance the safety and cleanliness of the neighborhood. Furthermore, the Society collaborates with youth and community groups to plant trees and increase the green space in the area, contributing to the overall well-being of the community.
