The Manhattan Downtown Bangladeshi Community Association (MDBCA) was founded in 2019 as a not-for-profit organization of the Bangladeshi business community. Its goal is to work as a united force to benefit all members. Apart from organizing events and meetings for its members, the association actively participates in social and developmental activities in the Manhattan Downtown, where it does business.
Activities
- Organize monthly meetings for the members.
- Organize annual picnics for members and their families.
- Distribute food and pantries among the elderly vulnerable population.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events with local politicians and community leaders.
