Business Description
Masjid Al-Hera is a mosque founded by the Bangladeshi Muslim community in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It is part of the Muslim Ummah Trust Inc. and is one of the first mosques established by the Bangladeshi Muslim community in 2001. The mosque has a prayer facility for both men and women. The mosque is dedicated to instilling a strong sense of Muslim identity in the young Bangladeshi members of the society. The mosque is open to all members of the Muslim community, regardless of race or ethnicity.
Services
- 5 Daily Prayers: offer five daily mandatory muslim prayers.
- Islamic Education: offers a weekend and summer kids’ Islamic school. Adult quran learning program.
- Jumua Prayer: Muslims gather for congregational worship during the Friday midday prayer.
- Youth Program: Have a youth program for boys and girls. We do regular halaqah.
- Community Service: Offer a food drive program for homeless individuals, neighborhood cleanups, immigration assistance, charity events, workshops, job search support, and more.
- Youth Halaqah: Quran teaching, Basic Islamic Knowledge
