Bangladeshi American Youth Association (BAYA) is a New Jersey based Bangladeshi youth organization. Founded in 2011, it is non-profit in nature. It’s mission is to help Bangladeshi American youth community to cultivate leadership skill, social responsibility, educational attainment, service and scholarship. By developing next generations of Bangladeshi-Americans, Bangladeshi culture can be richer, diverse, as well as Bangladesh can be preserved, presented, perpetuated and promoted.
Bangladeshi American Youth Association wants to build socially responsible citizens who can nurture academic, social and cultural enhancements within Bangladeshi community irrespective of race, color, creed, religion or any kind of prejudices. By providing right tools and resources, BAYA wants to assist Bangladeshi community as well as other communities to build a better America.
