The American Bangladeshi Community Foundation (ABCFI) was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic as a non-profit, charitable organization to provide emergency assistance to the Bangladeshi community and others in need. It is located in Maryland and aims to assist people affected by the pandemic and other natural disasters. The American Bangladeshi Community Foundation is committed to human development, education, health and welfare, and poverty alleviation programs. With the help of local partners and organizations, ABCFI helps community members with weekly grocery supplies and direct financial aid.
American Bangladeshi Community Foundation serves all people. To achieve its goal, the organization collects monetary donations and facilitates voluntary activities.
