Founded in 2017, the Bangladeshi Ladies Club is an informal social club of Bangladeshi women in New York City. The club is based in Brooklyn but meets occasionally in other boroughs. Its principal aim is to empower Bangladeshi women through education, ideas, creativity, and innovation. The members meet to seek, share, and support each other in their collective stories and experiences. The club is a shared space where Bangladeshi women can talk about their lives, family, children, education, health, and work.
