The UK Bangladesh Catalysts of Commerce and Industry (UKBCCI) is an organization of British-Bangladeshi entrepreneurs based in the UK. UKBCCI aims to unite various business entities and personalities through regular networking, business linking, programs, projects, and rewards. The organization also works as a link between various British and Bangladeshi organizations to promote its objectives. Founded and registered in the UK in 2014, UK Bangladesh Catalysts of Commerce & Industry (UKBCCI) is a membership-only organization. It organizes seminars, workshops, conferences, information sessions, business briefings, exhibitions, trade missions, lectures, presentations, VIP lunches, and reward ceremonies for its members.
Objectives of UKBCCI
- Provide more effective practical support and communication to existing and future entrepreneurs, and promote and improve the business environment in the UK and Bangladesh.
- Stimulate a vibrant economy within the community and foster a cooperative effort to enhance the overall quality of businesses, enabling them to reach their full potential.
- Work towards increasing prosperity by facilitating the growth of existing businesses.
- Create inward and outward investment between the UK and Bangladesh whilst addressing and promoting the establishment and improvement of the social, professional, civic, cultural, and educational needs of the business community.
- Create and support the next generation of entrepreneurs in all aspects, and continue past efforts to liaise and develop our relationship with the business community.
- Help a wide variety of business communities achieve a more sustainable performance model, encouraging and improving best practice standards.
- Offer help and advice to small and medium-sized businesses on start-up and growth.
