Washington Memorial Park Cemetery is a burial place for all faiths. The Bangladeshi community can use Washington Memorial Park for their Muslim burial needs. This is the only large-scale Muslim burial ground in Long Island, New York. Part of Washington Memorial Park Cemetery is reserved for the Muslim community. A few Bangladeshi community organizations have purchased land for a Muslim graveyard for the burial needs of their members. The cemetery is non-sectarian, and a few thousand plots are kept separated for Muslims. Washington Memorial Park Cemetery offers a wide variety of burial options for all faiths.
