The Dhaka University Alumni Association of the USA (DUAAUSA) is the alumni association for former students and faculty members of Dhaka University, Bangladesh. The association was founded in 1994 and is a not-for-profit organization based in New York City. The primary objective of the Dhaka University Alumni Association of the USA is to establish an informal network among former students of Dhaka University residing in the USA. Its mission is to promote intellectual, social, and cultural relations among its members, who are Dhaka University graduates currently living in the United States. The association also fosters communication between its Alma Mater, Dhaka University, and its alumni living in the USA.
Dhaka University Alumni Association USA (DUAAUSA) has an open membership policy. Any former student of Dhaka University is eligible to join, but membership is subject to verification and restricted to those who meet the requirements outlined in the DUAAUSA constitution. The membership fee is $20 for a two-year term.
DUAAUSA participates in various Bangladeshi cultural, religious, and heritage events in New York. The association also organizes social activities, sponsored events, and work projects.

- Celebrate Boishakhi or Bangla New Year
- Organize and distribute the Children’s Merit Reward
- Organize annual picnic, etc.
