DESCRIPTION:Bondhon: Festival of Cultures 2016 is a festival of cultures from various countries who will present their cultural heritage through dance and music. The event is free and open to all. Following groups will perform at the event: \nShivajyothi Dance Academy\nSrijan Dance Center\nRussian Folk Ensemble: The Golden Rooster\nChinese Dance: Color of the Winds\nBangladesh Institute of Performing Arts (BIPA)\nEcuadorian Group Wawakuna\nBangla Band: The Feringhees\nSmash works Dance Collectives \nThe event is made possible in part by the Queens Council of the Arts with funds from the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
