DESCRIPTION:Bangladesh Institute of Performing Arts\, BIPA Bangla New Year Festival of 1422. There will be parade\, block festival\, special performances to mark Bangla New Year (Boishakh). The program will also include song\, dance and poetry recitation of BIPA students\, BIPA dance and BIPA Award for contribution in Bangalee Culture. \nParade: With traditional Bangla festoon\, banner\, dance\, drum\, and other musical instruments. The parade usually rounds few blocks of the venue.
