DESCRIPTION:The Church-McDonald Bangladeshi Business Association (CMBBA) Pothomela (Street Fair) will be held on Saturday\, September 16\, 2023\, all day. It is an annual fixture of the Bangladeshi community in Brooklyn and New York\, and is also known as the Kensington street “Little Bangladesh” mela. Thousands of Bangladeshis from all walks of life will come to celebrate Bangladeshi culture for a day full of colorful activities. \nThe fair will feature many Bangladeshi food\, cloth\, jewelry\, and toy stalls\, making it a convenient one-stop shop for the community. Live music will be performed by local and visiting singers from Bangladesh. A colorful magazine in Bangla will be published with sponsoring Bangladeshi businesses\, stories\, poetry\, and more.
