The Moulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani Foundation will hold the Bhashani Foundation Conference 2023 at Queens Palace in New York City on September 10, 2023, at 2:00 PM. The one-day conference will discuss the life, philosophy, work, and influence of Bhashani in Bangladeshi politics. Bangladeshi expatriates are expected to attend the event to learn more about his contributions firsthand. The event is open to all, but is especially geared towards Bangladeshi expatriates who are interested in learning more about Bhashani’s contribution to Bangladesh.
Researchers, academics, and activists will discuss Bhashani’s life and work, and a video documentary will be presented. There will also be cultural events, including performances of Bangladeshi folk songs.
The conference is free, no prior registration required and open to the public.
