The Bangladesh Environment Network (BEN) will celebrate its 25th anniversary on Saturday, July 22 at PS 131 Jamaica, New York. The event will feature a panel discussion with authors, academics, and environmental activists, who will discuss the importance of the environment in the global climate change movement. The event will also highlight the importance of saving the environment for the younger generation.
A magazine will be published to commemorate BEN’s 25 years of activities and achievements. The magazine will feature articles about BEN’s work on a variety of environmental issues, as well as interviews with BEN members and supporters.
The event is free and open to the public.
