Bangladesh Student Association at City College of NY

Bangladesh Student Association at City College of NY University (BSA-CCNY) is an organization of Bangladeshi students at CCNY (City College of NY). The association was formed to promote Bangladeshi culture, heritage, tradition at the campus. Bangladesh Student Association at City College of NY also serves as a bridge between members and the greater City College community. The BSA-CCNY is one of the most active clubs in the City College campus with various activities all year long. Activities include:

• Annual Bangladeshi cultural show
• BSA-CCNY annual picnic
• Pohela Boishak (Bangla New Year)
• International Mother Language Day, etc.

Besides communicating and uniting all Bangladeshi continuing students and alumni from the City College of New York (CCNY), the association also share job, internships, work-study, text-books, class-notes, campus related information among the members. The group members also keen to help Bangladesh in case of natural disasters.

The members usually meet every Thursday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm.
