Bangladesh Buddhist Center of America

Bangladesh Buddhist Center of America, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Buddhist community of Bangladeshi origin living in New York to provide its members a platform to meet, greet and practice Buddhism, community and social work. As a not-for-profit organization Bangladesh Buddhist Center of America is primarily focuses on social, religious, educational, cultural services related activities. The organization has been working to establish a Buddhist Vihara (monastery) that can be the center of all kind of humanitarian activities of the community.

The organization has an advisory board, a board of director and executive committee consists of ten members.
