New York Bangladesh Cricket League (NYBCL) is an organization consists of cricket clubs of Bangladeshi origin. Most of the teams are based in Queens borough of New York City. The players of the teams are mixture of mature, semi-professional and professional. NYBCL has been organizing cricket tournaments for many years. The principal aims of the league is to make cricket popular among the new generation of Bangladeshi Americans, play cricket, and compete in various competitions.
NYBCL is a volunteer based, not-for-profit organization. Most of its funding come from personal contributions, donations and sponsorship from Bangladeshi business community.
